A Call To Order

Why I Believe the Marketplace Is Worth Protecting

I am a woman who believes the marketplace is not a machine for extracting wealth. It is a garden in God’s kingdom where people are fed, relationships are built, and value is created. That is worth protecting. I started Trust Movement because I saw that garden being trampled by politics, greed, and cowardice. Someone had to raise a flag. I’m doing it.

The Stewards Already in the Fields

I am not the movement. The movement is the Christian business owners who already run their companies with integrity, often quietly, often alone. They are proof that the marketplace can be holy ground. I want to pull their stories into the light, celebrate their faithfulness, and show others that it’s possible. They are the ones protecting the kingdom every day. I want them to be seen and for their actions to inspire others.

An Open Door for Anyone Drawn to Goodness

The marketplace is worth protecting because it is a place where people who do not yet know God can encounter truth, righteousness, and peace. Those experiences are attractive. My hope is that business owners who simply want those things in business — and maybe even in life — find a home here, find a method worth submitting to, and in time find the One who is the source of everything good. That is the magnetic pull of a kingdom worth protecting.

Standing Alone is a Strategy for Defeat

Now that you know who is behind the movement, it's time to learn about part of the kingdom we want to protect — the marketplace.

The marketplace isn't neutral ground.
