Welcome to Trust Movement! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Trust Movement. Trust Movement operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated experience (the “Services”). 

The below terms and conditions, and our Privacy Policy, describe your rights and responsibilities.

By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, including applying for E6 Alignment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account to any other person or company.

OUR PRODUCTS

We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products and services. We do not warrant that the quality of any products or services will meet your expectations. All descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.

ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Trust Movement reserves the right to accept or decline your order at its discretion. Your purchase is not accepted until payment is processed and confirmation is sent. Purchases are for personal or household use unless otherwise specified under the E6 Alignment program.

PRICES AND BILLING

Prices are subject to change without notice. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all charges will be honored.

E6 ALIGNMENT & LOGO LICENSING

Program Intent

E6 Alignment is a program offered by Trust Movement to verify entities that demonstrate adherence to objective standards of transparency, conflict resolution, and operational integrity.

Application & Verification

All applications must be submitted through our official channels. Submission of an application and payment constitutes a request for an E6 Alignment Audit. Approval is not guaranteed and is subject to formal verification by the Trust Movement Alignment Advisory Board.

License to Use Marks

Upon successful approval based on your E6 Alignment Audit, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to display the E6 mark. This license is conditioned upon your continued adherence to our published E6 Alignment Audit Rubric. Usage of the E6 mark must align strictly with these standards.

Revocation

Trust Movement reserves the right to audit, suspend, or revoke E6 Alignment Approval status at our sole discretion if an entity ceases to meet the published criteria or acts in a manner inconsistent with the Trust Movement mission. 

Objective Documentation

Records of your application, the Alignment Advisory Board’s verification process, and the resulting certification status are maintained as part of our internal compliance archives to ensure objective operational standards.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Services, including the E6 methodology, E6 Alignment Audit Rubric, Peace in Conflict Strategy Guide, content, manuals and branding, are owned by Trust Movement and are protected by law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our proprietary methodologies without prior written consent.

THIRD-PARTY LINKS & TOOLS

We are not responsible for examining or evaluating third-party content. Any use of third-party tools is at your own risk.

RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Trust Movement's website is powered by Shopify. Any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Trust Movement. You release Shopify from all claims arising from your transactions with us.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The information provided by Trust Movement is for educational purposes only and does not constitute legal, psychological, or professional counseling advice. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ‘AS IS’ WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTIES. E6 Alignment Approval is not:
  • a legal guarantee of a business’s performance,
  • ethical conduct, or
  • financial success.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO CASE SHALL TRUST MOVEMENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES OR THE E6 METHODOLOGY.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trust Movement and its affiliates from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Trust Movement is headquartered.
