Apprentice Alignment
The Foundation of Character: This is for the individual or business owner who recognizes that the old way of doing business is built on shifting sand. You are here to learn the fundamentals of the E6 Standard. You prioritize objective honesty and radical integrity, refusing to manipulate outcomes for short-term gain. You are laying the bedrock upon which everything else is built.
Who belongs here: Professionals and startups who are ready to strip away the “corporate spin” and anchor their reputation in the unvarnished truth.

Steward Alignment
The Guardian of the Territory: As a Steward, you understand that your organization is a “territory” that requires order, not chaos. You have moved beyond mere integrity; you are now focused on maintaining professional harmony, clear service, and operational excellence. You cultivate a culture where peace—the absence of friction and the presence of clarity—reigns supreme.
Who belongs here: Escalating businesses and leaders who manage teams, resources, or complex operations and are ready to foster a culture of stability and reliable strength.
The Verification: Demonstrating a commitment to cultivating an environment of order, peace, and servant-leadership within your professional domain.
Knight Alignment
The Defender of the Mission: This is the highest level of commitment. You acknowledge that your labor is a calling, not just a career. As a Knight, you have integrated the full Armor of God into your leadership. You lead from a foundation of Faith, walk with the assurance of your Salvation, and utilize the Word of God as the final authority in your strategic vision. You are commissioned to stand firm and defend the principles of Truth in any market.
Who belongs here: Mission-driven leaders and organizations ready to openly witness to the Truth, wielding their influence to advance Kingdom principles and protect the foundations that sustain human flourishing.
